When we began the short sale department at The Millennium Consulting Group out of Las Vegas, NV I as it's sole short sale representative and a licensed Covered Service Provider (Nevada designated mortgage negotiation license to negotiate for homeowners on their distressed, negative equity properties) in November of 2009. Prior to entering the short sale arena, we specialized in modifications and mortgage settlements of which we obtained tremendous success for our clients. Since beginning short sale negotiations, we had a 90% success rate, with 89% deficiencies negotiated (in a recourse state), of which the less than 1% of our clients pursued for any deficiencies, we negotiated to be settled from 8-12% of the deficient balance.In the epicenter of the mortgage distressed American states, I helped produced the best service in that market that has closed roughly 1200 short sale transactions (1689 approval letters in 2011). I oversaw a service of efficiency and results that employed 17 people, 250 active files with offers being negotiated, 400 listings and the results that benefited every party involved.
