I'm happy to admit that I'm a serial coach. I love to inspire people and help them realize their full potential, learn new twists and tools, and challenge their status quo. To me, that is a key ingredient to being an effective speaker/coach.I work to infuse a sense of fun and accomplishment into my motivational approach. My due diligence and interviews with my clients beforehand enable me to drill down. We discuss the atmosphere, theme and goal of the event or program.Style-wise, I use humor when appropriate, and a compelling storytelling approach. I have impacted thousands of people at every level, from front-line performers to owners and C-level executives in all types of industries and organizations. Tough assignments? Throw them at me! For example: A large, prominent company was experiencing very lackluster sales and customer service scores due to poor internal synergies and lost focus across its various divisions. Many teams were islands unto themselves. I tailored a comprehensive program for all levels, coaching them on how to tear silos down, improve management and communication processes, and build better trust. I helped instill a sense of accountability and pride in their work as individuals, teams and as an organization. The results? They worked better together and improved so as to achieve the highest service marks from customers that they ever recorded.
