Also served as practice’s Privacy Officer and Technology Officer, ensuring IT compliance with latest HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements; Reviewed, researched and negotiated vendor contracts; Developed new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance; Managed the practice’s financial statements.Launched web-based application in 2011 for major pharmaceutical company to manage marketing and education programs while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Led team of developers located in both India and US following Agile methodology.

Co-founded company that specialized in designing, building and hosting entertainment applications for wireless devices. A few notable accomplishments:Company was chosen as one of first 14 content partners available on Nextel’s Boost service at launch in 2002.Launched several mobile games in Europe for Vodafone to coincide with the FIFA World Cup and the Winter Olympics.Launched the first location-based dating service for wireless devices in the US.

Led the development team for one of the many dot-coms that rocketed up and then came crashing down in 2000. While the company didn't survive, I had the chance to work with and for some tremendous individuals during its truncated lifespan. While the site was live, it was rated by both the Wall Street Journal and USA Today as one of the top five sites on the entire web in terms of “the highest minutes spent viewing the site.” It was also documented as the “7th stickiest site on the web” by Neilsen Netratings.
