As a Co-Founder of On Your Feet, I help organizations relate, create, and communicate better through improv and interactive learning. With over 25 years of experience as a speaker, trainer, improviser, and facilitator, I design and deliver engaging and impactful initiatives, programs, conferences, and training for Fortune 500 companies such as Uber, Nike, Intel, and Disney. My mission is to bring more joy and less fear to business, and to enable people to live their values and walk their talk.I am also a visual artist, muralist, and the Creator of Botjoy, an exploration of how art can be surprising, delightful, and helpful. Botjoy is a global art movement that spreads joy, courage, love, and gratitude, one hand-painted robot at a time. I have painted thousands of domino robots, and inspired hundreds of others to join me in making and sharing bots for their communities. I have also created giant interactive Bot murals in cities around the world, such as Dallas, New Orleans, Phoenix, Madrid, London, Melbourne, Astoria, and Portland. My passion is to use art as a tool for transformation, connection, and empowerment.
