I have many years of experience in the Financial Services industry, over some 30 years working with many of the major household names including, Friends Provident, National Provident Institute (NPI) and others, where I held Sales Manager positions, and also a number of high profile national independent Financial Advisers, helping them to develop existing and new Professional Connections.More latterly, since January 2004, working within my own business, as a professional Business Development Consultant, which has culminated in me being heavily and closely involved in the development of Professional Connections, to include Accountants, Legal practices and corporate Insurance Brokers, working besides partners/owners of Financial Services companies.For me, I feel it is essential to get under the skin of the organisations I partner with, in order to understand the culture and the working practices of each and every organisation, and their people, to appreciate their specialisms, and to recognise the goals individuals/companies want to achieve.This approach is value adding and has led me to the successful development of people, culminating in numerous Joint Venture companies, and also a number of high quality, significantly profitable Introducers, for the Advisory organisations I have worked with.As an individual I am enthusiastic, positive and persistent in networking in order to open the doors for new business opportunities, in the Financial Services sector.Specialties: Partnering highly qualified Independent Financial Advisers and assisting them to develop the skills to partner their Introducers and Joint ventures to create an added value service for the existing and new Professional Connections and their clients.
