During his career, he led the design teams on key projects for clients including JP Morgan, Sanctuary Group, the Grosvenor Estate and the Cadogan Estate. In 2013, Gary and his brother, Brian Hoban founded Hoban Design, an award-winning design practice based in London serving the ultra-prime sector.Gary is an industry voice on planning, permitted-development rights and unlocking development potential and a speaker at the Lendinvest Academy, providing invaluable industry insight to property developers.
