I am an accomplished leader of both large & small enterprises with experience across a wide variety of industry sectors. I have delivered Programme, Project & Change Management assignments along with Learning Programmes on a world-wide basis since 1989. I am now an Agile Transformation specialist, helping organisations adopt agile or improve their approach to agile ways of working. SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS• Created a start-up consultancy & training business that delivered over $55m of profitable revenue in 17.5 years of operations & delivered services to clients in 23 countries• Managed the sale of a business with turnover of $28m and profit of 23% for a price of $58.5m• Managing Director of a business, generating more than 20% growth per annum in terms of revenue and profit, for over 4 years• Led the launch of a world-wide start-up business-line in under 6 months generating over $10m in the first year of operations• Led a programme to design and build a solution sales methodology that was implemented in 5 countries in under 6 months• Delivered training classes in the UK, USA, Europe, Africa, India, Asia, Middle East and Far East on a wide range of leadership, programme & project management, people management, change management and interpersonal skills topics.
