DOC is currently moving sequentially through all of its facilities utilizing the ESPC model of infrastructure upgrades in order to meet the Governor's Energy Challenge issued to all state facilities to reduce overall EUI (energy use intensity) by 15% by the year 2020.

I was responsible for the supervision of fifteen subordinates in the execution of the Facilities Maintenance section of the Physical Plant of a sixty-two million dollar state of the art training complex.

I was recruited by this commercial/industrial HVAC company to help turn the company around and meet the business plan objectives for gross profit redemption. In 2009 our GP margins increased by double digits and completed the year well above plan. I was promoted from Service Manager to General Manager in 2010. I was recognized by the company in 2009 as the Employee of the Year.

I joined this commercial/industrial HVAC company and helped contribute to an environment change that saw net profits go from 30K the year prior to my arrival to 200K in the subsequent two years to follow. We were a premiere LINC contractor in the middle Georgia area specializing in commercial and industrial service and installation.
