Over 10 years experience as a Game Design Manager overseeing the design and development of original slot machine game content and implementation (Class II and Class III). As a Game Designer & Mathematician, I created new concepts, then developed the maths and game specifications, then prepared required submission documents. Working closely with software engineers and graphic artists, I provide strategic direction to integrate game mathematics with overall game presentation to deliver the optimal player experience. I have a wealth of industry knowledge and intimate knowledge of player preference trends - a proven track record in designing, creating and directing the implementation of games that punters love to play. As a technical expert in my field, I apply advanced Microsoft Excel, VBA and Maple to solve and simulate slot game outcomes.As a Game Design Manager and Team Leader, I mentored colleagues provided guidance on game design principles and market insight. I provided training for new Game Designers to provide foundational knowledge of game design and local/international slot machine markets. I have met with government regulators to discuss complicated mathematical issues, advocate for approval of our products, and seek agreement in principle for new concepts.
