Gary Huggins is a highly acclaimed speaker, master trainer, in the Print /Online Advertising Sales process. He has developed the current New Hire Sales training program that is taught company wide. Mr. Huggins has over 28years working with the Greensheet papers. He began his tenure working the phones as an Inside representative, then moved to an outside sales position. After a very successful 8 years of selling the Greensheet, Mr. Huggins spent the next 4 years as an Outside Sales Manager. It was in that position that Mr. Huggins found his true calling, teaching new people how to be successful. Over the next 16 years, Mr. Huggins has attended many Training Conventions/Workshops to further enhance his knowledge base for Training Techniques. He has been certified to teach Audrey Daniels Performance Management, has attended Steven Covey’s 7 habits, Principles of Leadership, Covey’s 8th Habit, Covey’s Speed of Trust, Covey’s Business Writing and Covey’s latest offering the 4 Disciplines of Execution. Mr. Huggins has attended several classes on Instructional Design, including a week long Creative Training Seminar held by Robert Pike. And finally, and most importantly, his Team Training with the Ankarlo group has positioned him to teach the Team Building, Vision, Mission, and Values that are required for the Greensheet employees to excel in.
