With over three decades of progressive and diverse career experience, I am an accomplished expert in financial, operational, technology, M&A, and restructuring leadership in the media and entertainment, consumer goods and services, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, software and technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare, and business services industries.At FTI Consulting, I serve corporate boards, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company management teams, with a focus on M&A transactions, interim leadership, corporate turnarounds, value creation, EBITDA improvement, and digital transformations. I am also instrumental in building and leading the Technology Transformation and Transactions practices within the firm.Prior to joining FTI, I was one of the pioneers in building the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M).
