My responsibilities include developing individual support plans, corrective action plans, safety plans, behavior support plans, and other relevant documents. I currently manage two Teams of professionals to ensure that residents in my caseload receive the proper and necessary services. I hold meetings with my Teams regularly to discuss changes in plans, incidents, and other relevant information; I meet with my Teams at least once a week.I frequently train new employees and in-service current employees on any up-dates in policies or procedures. I monitor employees to ensure that support plans and safety plans are being followed correctly.

My responsibilities included managing over forty employees, at two separate sites. I was responsible for training new and current employees on all of the current policies and procedures. I frequently monitored employees to ensure proper work techniques. I was responsible for ensuring that the physical plants were up to current codes and regulations.
