Drafted the Quantum Expert Report for the asessment of the prolongation claim.Power Project, Southern AfricaAssisted the Quantum Expert in the independent review and quantum assessment in a dispute referred to adjudication. My role extended to the review of the Claimants’ variation account and the continuing cost impacts due to the subsequent delay and disruption sustained. Drafted the Quantum Expert Report for the variation account and delay days assessed.Airport Project, Middle EastAssisted the Quantum Expert in the independent review and assessment of claims submitted by the Contractor in a dispute referred to arbitration. The dispute centrered on the impact of ground subsidence and the subsequent remediation scheme on the late delivery of the Works. Assisted in the drafting of the Quantum Expert Report.Remediation of ACM Cladding Project, UKAssisted the Quantum Expert in the independent review of a proposed cladding remediation scheme in a dispute referred to mediation.Non-Contentious ExperienceWind Turbine Project, UKI acted as the lead quantum consultant engaged by the project management team to advise on the implementation of robust claim management process and procedures. My remit extended to input on client management and internal corporate governance to enable efficient decision making.

Commercial Lead on the construction of the Oyu Tolgoi Gold and Copper Mine Underground Material Handling System based Southern Gobi province of Mongolia.The Oyu Tolgoi mine holds one of the the largest Gold and Copper reserves in the world, the Project Scope includes all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, control and communication works in relation to the Underground Material Handling System.My role incorporates:• Working with and supporting the Exec Team to develop the company's strategic approach to securing further contracts on the Oyu Tolgoi mine development programme.• To create and continue to develop positive relationships with the customer, partners, and the mine stakeholder community• Management of a dedicated team of Commercial Professionals with a specific focus on growing the capability of the Mongolian National members of staff in line with the Oyu Tolgoi legacy strategy. • To ensure in co-operation with the Programmes and Procurement functions, that favourable prices and terms of agreement are obtained from sub- contractors and collaborative partners• To prepare and present reports to assist the Operating Companies in monitoring progress and levels of achievement on this fast paced and logistically challenging project.
