Established transformation directorate to develop and implement transformational strategic program in an international division. Hired and trained staff to spearhead transformation and process improvement. Developed program schedules and budget requirements for multiple deliverables. Implemented change management process for 12 corporate organizations. Initiated a detailed planning process to undertake operational, supporting and relocation efforts. Devised plan to relocate and consolidate 20,000 employees from 200 locations to two cluster locations. Developed long term strategic program to transform organization’s strategic role and mission. Developed and facilitated enterprise-level workshop for large matrixed organization in Northwest Asia. Managed a premier rapid response support plan for high end enterprise-level customers. Implemented enterprise customer service support offering. Determined high potential US locations and launched pilot program. Administered implementation of plan through third party contractors. Developed first of its kind business plan to upgrade a core service option. Created a troubleshooting tool for out-sourced technicians that became a primary resource for the company’s technical support workforce. Formulated maintenance and refresher training plans using CBT and WBT technologies. Customer service support plan became the model for global enterprise-level customer service workforce.Recalled to the Army following 9/11.

Developed complex server output documentation and led the training effort for the HP Document Router. Trained complex enterprise output management software to IT system administrators. Created a CBT to setup and maintain the Linux based HP Document Router. Initiated and maintained a departmental web server to share resources, best practices and tools. Designed and created all user documentation for the Linux based HP Document Router. Presented three separate awards for outstanding training development and delivery.

Designed, developed and delivered certification program for multi-tiered external and internal customers. Designed and developed certification exams for certification process. Designed, developed and implemented a training plan to bring new team members and contract trainers ready to train in 1 month, a decrease from 2.5 months. Produced two CBTs to support manufacturing operations. Designed, developed and delivered computer technology, technical, software, manufacturing and quality training programs in an ISO 9002 environment.Awarded incentive award for the transition of training documents.
