I am an experienced executive search professional for business services roles in professional services partnerships. I work with clients at a senior strategic level to develop highly effective and integrated business services teams, particularly focusing on the recruitment of senior management professionals, including CEOs, COOs, CIOs and all other business leadership positions, and across all management functions in the UK and internationally.I lead senior and exclusive searches and have been regularly retained for Board level, C-suite and other senior search recruitment including new and emerging roles such as Shared Services Director and Chief Technology & Innovation roles. More recently I have become very involved in sharing my market insights to help firms scope out new roles, helping them to build functions, often from scratch, and supporting firms to assess and improve the effectiveness of their full suite of business leadership roles.My approach is to work with clients and candidates in an honest and pragmatic way, sharing expertise and offering advice, with the Managing Partner, CEO, the executive and senior leadership teams.
