Led a practice team of 50 Project Managers, BA's and PMO staff, working on a wide variety of Change activities - creating new Insurance & Banking products, new platforms, regulatory activity. Also, led key aspect of Group Integration Programme and Group lead IT role for the Co-op in its sale of its Pharmacy business, overseeing key transition activity.
