About Gary West
I specialise in maintenance and reliability improvement for capital-intensive organisations, typically in mining, utilities, or defence. I am best known for taking a strategic view of asset management, and my ability to develop and implement pragmatic improvement programs.I have qualifications in engineering and an MBA, and have worked in consulting and line management roles in this field for 15+ years across various organisations with assets up to $39B.
