Senior Customer Experience (Cx) Business Analyst
Current- Business Analyst partnering with a Systems Integrator (Apex IT) to map current and future state processes, and design, configure and deploy a global Oracle Customer Experience (CX) cloud solution.
- Implementing Oracle CX subscriptions, including Sales & Service, Marketing, Commerce, Partner Portals, and Field Service.
- Gather requirements, communicate effectively to various levels in the business, and have a technical understanding to help deliver solutions that meet the needs of the company.
- Lead projects including preparing and communicating status reports that track scope, issues, budget, and timeline.
- Scrum Master for IT development team.
