• Responsible for the entire recruitment process (determine recruitment strategy with hiring manager, source candidates, schedule in-person/video interviews, etc.)• Recruit for Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary, Internship, and Contract/Consulting roles located throughout the United States• Post and source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and additional job boards• Support sister company with Recruitment and acts as the point person for additional HR issues• Conduct research & establish a list of colleges/universities that support the company's recruiting efforts• Work with colleges/universities to post open requisitions for Full-Time or Internship opportunities• Establish great relationships with staffing agencies to identify candidates for Full-Time/Contract roles• Extend detailed verbal offer of employment, craft offer letters, and setup background screens• Initial onboarding of all new employees by working with hiring managers and the IT department• Maintain and update the employee handbook, roll out online training, and initiate the termination process• Provide technical support to users for electronic time and attendance system, online training, and Performance management system• Point person for system implementations including launching time off system (Replicon), HRIS system (ADP), transitioning company from paper to electronic paychecks, and upgrading the online training system

• Reviewed resumes and scheduled telephone and in-person interviews for Exempt and Non-Exempt roles• Constant contact with hiring manager during recruitment process • Extended offer of employment and crafted offer letters to final candidates• Posted to various job boards and worked with staffing agencies to fill roles• Prepared all hire and termination functions including new hire orientations, termination process, etc.• Support management on employee relations issues• Administered benefits, processing/reconciling invoices, point person for 401k audit and backup for payroll• Updated employee training records and job descriptions to ensure ISO compliancy• Appointed an internal auditor for the company
