As the leader of the Custom Software line of business within Zebra's Professional Services Organization, I was responsible for overseeing the business direction and execution, as well as growing the business to in excess of 18m annual revenue. I worked closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that would drive growth and success, and I was instrumental in mentoring and building a strong and effective team.One of my key accomplishments during my time at Zebra was the development and deployment of new business models and offerings. This involved extensive market research and analysis, as well as collaboration with other departments and teams within the organization. The result was a suite of innovative and competitive products and services that helped to differentiate Zebra in the marketplace and drive significant growth and revenue.Overall, I am proud of the work that I accomplished during my time at Zebra, and I am confident that the strategies and initiatives that I put in place will continue to benefit the organization in the future.

Led the design for Zebra X, Zebra's Professional Services. We work with enterprise customers around the globe to help them improve their businesses through advances in technology. My current duties include: • Recruiting Designers, Engineers, Project Managers and Testers to build a stable team capable of handling customer needs from small to large. • Training and Nurturing team members of various experience levels to be able to advance and better contribute their ideas and skills to the broader vision. • Envision and Execute new product ideas and bring them to market under various business strategies and pricing models. • Rebrand Professional Services to provide an identity for the division. • Step in as an individual contributor when the demand exceeds current team capacity. • Manage Client and Stakeholder expectations around project and product status.

I lead a UX Design Bootcamp for the University of Minnesota.- Delivering instruction to a class of 20 students- Mentoring my class- Connecting my students to professionals in the industry.

I currently work on the most popular craigslist browser for android. With over 4.5 million downloads and 2.5 million active users each month, having a positive UX is key to our continued growth. Being able to focus on the single most important task for the user allows for a pristine experience.

I lead a team of UI/UX architect's on Internal projects and External client work ranging from project management to branding and marketing with a dash of everything in between but an emphasis on Mobile design and application flow.
