Using emerging technology to enhance user experience, I created new platforms for companies to improve their business offerings and enhance client services. I built a strong client relationship, which allowed us to work together to develop a functional end product that would revolutionise the music industry and boost the company's revenue tenfold. Outside of my design duties, I was the sole organiser of monthly team socials, which built company culture and led to stronger collaboration among team members on client projects.

Working in the fintech space, I assisted in creating and prototyping a new app concept for a large multinational bank. While contributing to the design system for this project, I also organised it so all stakeholders could easily navigate and find the components they needed. This saved hours spent searching for lesser-used molecules. I conducted design research using the in-house Pulse software, which helped benchmark against different apps and learn what others were doing to create a best-in-class user experience.

I designed and created websites for company projects, providing prospective clients with the resources to explore our ongoing work. This allowed me to expand my skills in WordPress. Using online marketing tools, I achieved a 20% increase in sales by showcasing products on sites such as Etsy. I also broadened our customer base through strategic marketing efforts, amassing an additional 1,000 followers across various social media channels.

As a personal project, I built an e-commerce website to promote and sell vintage clothing. I analysed market trends to drive sales and build brand identity by collaborating with charities and influencers. This project generated €4,867 in revenue and amassed 1.5k followers on Instagram.
