Two year graduate scheme that included exposure to planning, design, quantity surveying, project management and construction.Key involvements:- Reviewed brownfield registers, site allocations and planning applications to identify potential sites.- Assisted in the procurement of trades for a 200 dwelling development and benchmarked 8 historic sites. - Observed the construction process of 100 apartments and assisted with documenting fire mitigation measures. - Updated house-type drawings on AutoCAD to new building regulations and specifications.

Key Projects Involved:University of Glasgow Lead Advisor Framework- Produced a master tracker that collated income and expenditure of fees across all framework projects. - Collated information from design team to develop and update risk registers for all projects- Scheduled team / client meetings and produced meeting agendas and minutes. - Documented compensation events in compliance to NEC3 procedures.- Developed programmes and updated accordingly following compensation events. - Assisted in collating design statements and drawings to produce RIBA design stage reports for the client. Belfast City Quays Gardens International Design Competition- Produced relevant PQQ and ITT documentation to issue to the interested parties.- Assisted the team in reviewing and scoring 8 PQQ responses. - Responsible for liaison between client and candidates, collating clarifications and general queries.
