Previously at Belair networks, I built the software R&D in Canada Ottawa from inception, and helped propelled the company to a top10 start-up in Canada - bringing together best of breed technology and engineering taskforce. I established an R&D subsidiary in India Pune with a balance budgeting, fueling the acquisition by Ericsson AG. I received the CEO award for my leadership and engineering excellency. At Ericsson, I monetized WiFi into 3GPP and integrated WiFi to the broad Ericsson mobile solution with worldwide R&D teams in Canada, India, China, Korea, and Sweden. I was rewarded with 4 US patents. At Coriant, I have transformed the Shanghai R&D into an inventive and high calibrated organization, and galvanized team spirit, moral, and performance through connected execution, teamwork, communication, and empowerment. I revitalized the aging products with revolutionized innovations leveraging established and emerging platforms. Appointed by CEO, I was the R&D interface to the key accounts for driving sales growth and success.
