I created ProInnovative Technologies as a business platform to support sales, marketing and process strategy development. Also to continue my research in pigment dispersion and product design based on the alteration of the molecular structure of pigment particles to achieve full dispersion and saturation alignment.

Developed market communications, provided direction to technical group for development/formulation of new products. Developed and implemented strategies to penetrate new markets based on product portfolio, technical capabilities and customer processes. Handled pricing, business negotiations and OEM relationships.

Nature of Business - RTP is a resin compounder that adds value by enhancing virgin material with fibers, conductive, ware and other unique additives. In addition, they provide pre-colored engineering resins and expanded product line to include color masterbatch.• Color Account Manager Direct responsibility for expanding the sale of masterbatch and pre-color products to customers. Provide leadership for product line and industry knowledge to all RTP personnel for profitable business development. Duties also include direct sale and management of masterbatch accounts. • Masterbatch Training Fellow Provide masterbatch training to RTP associates in the US, Mexico, Europe and China. Training consisted of understanding basic formulations, product mix, masterbatch market, competition and how to position RTP as a masterbatch supplier. As part of the training, I accompanied sales associates on customer visits in US, Mexico and China. Provide leadership and support by recommending strategies and formulations to sales and development.

Nature of Business - SCC is a manufacturer of Color/Additive Concentrates.• Ohio manufacturing plant. Help launch and oversee the construction, staffing and operation of the new Ohio plant. Responsible for the direct sale of new products to Midwest customers.

Nature of Business - PolyOne is the manufacture of color/additive masterbatch products to various markets such as Packaging, Consumer and Automotive, etc. PolyOne was formed by the merger of Geon and the M.A. Hanna Color Company which also included Allied Color.Sales and Marketing Various roles of expanded responsibilities at PolyOne Color and M.A. Hanna Color that started with territory sales to global account management. Manage sales, development, manufacturing activities for a strategic Fortune 500 customer on a global basis. Developed and implemented business plans and objectives. Analyzes sales for profitability and to identify opportunities for targeted growth. Direct, coordinate and train associates on business model. Coordinate the interaction of internal business platforms and divisions. Design and implement the SAP information system that included creating process flows to achieve maximum utilization of people and equipment. Develop and administer training programs and tutor associates.Laboratory Manager Directed all Quality, Color Match Development, Product Development and Sampling activities at the Corporate Office of the Allied Color Company. Managed 30+ lab employees. Duties also included the reorganization of department structure, and implementing continuous improvement programs.
