Mr. Blum has served as counsel for a wide variety of closely-held and public companies for nearly three decades. His practice areas include: private and public offerings; mergers and acquisitions; SEC and NASD compliance; stock option and other compensation plans, general corporate and securities law and real estate.He has substantial experience in sophisticated business planning and in advising clients in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses and has served as a director for many private and publicly traded companies.Mr. Blum's particular focus and expertise is advising over-the-counter bulletin board and pink sheet public companies with all legal considerations: such as going public, reporting, corporate governance and business combinations.He also has extensive experience in the field of entertainment, having been counsel for the production and financing of over fifty motion pictures.
