- Efficiently process claims, conducting thorough accuracy checks and calculations to determine final claim amounts, adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive disbursement memos outlining approved claim amounts and submit for verification, maintaining transparency and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Regularly update the monthly claims aging report to track the status of outstanding claims, while also maintaining a daily claims tracking report to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
- Collate quarterly claim submissions from grantees, consolidating data and preparing a funds drawdown report to facilitate timely and accurate allocation of resources.
