• Manage the Asia Engineering Delivery Center with a team size of 40+ compromising of architects, software delivery managers, security champions, developers and validators etc to deliver projects for the Identity, Biometrics & Security (IBS) business. • Accountable for the success of technical solution delivery for the business (mainly governments' customer) as committed in BID phase within scope, time, cost, quality & security. • Lead key technical discussion with product teams spanning across different regions (Europe, US, Asia) to ensure proposed products & customized solution fulfil customer requirements from presales to delivery. • Gatekeeper for Asia Engineering on offers, bids to ensure scope, risk, profitability, quality, resources, security & duration are duly considered before submission. • Regular sync-up with global senior management team & cross-regions counterparts to implement best practise for project & product efficiency in Asia region.• Directly involve and build collaborative partnership with customers’ senior management, internal accounts team to anticipate any feedbacks, concerns. • Engage in quarterly business reviews, budget planning exercise with regional sales heads, bid management, marketing leaders to strategize the opportunities pipeline.
