Since July 2012, I have had 17 fiction publications, generally fantasy (some science fiction). Most have been in magazines, but I am now starting to appear in printed anthologies. I have also had about twice as many non-fiction publications spanning a longer period.My first fantasy publication was "A Dish Served Cold" in the Waco literary magazine, The Bohemia Journal, July 2012. My first anthology publication was "Blessings of the Night" starting on page 151 of "Betrayals of Another Kind", published May 2016 (available on Amazon). I was just published in the "Shadows of the Abyss" anthology; my story is "A Cold Yule". February 2018, my story "The Rebirth of Zarakh" should appear in the "Monolith" anthology, published by Creative Writer's Press, England.

As a Toastmaster, I have presented publicly over 750 times. I have also taught seminars for three chapters and at the local community college. I have presented at Chamber of Commerce events for three cities. As a Governor/Director, I have helped my members and their chapters grow and become more successful. I have been a part of a team running speech contests over 20 times, and helped train officers many times.

During my 20 years at L-3, I largely worked on the SOFIA program providing real-time, communications, analysis, and mathematical software used to communicate between facets of the observatory (astronomers, telescope, instrumentation, and crew). I also provided real-time control software for other projects and clients across the world. My tasks included requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, training others, and maintenance.

La Serena, Chile

The USA's largest publicly funded astronomical observatory within the Southern Hemisphere. My Waveform Definition Language is still used across Europe and elsewhere. The Array Controller (ArCon) system is used world-wide (not Africa). The NSF 8000x8000 scientific array was my last project; it remained the world's largest camera for over a decade. Also worked on IRAF and TVRed.

World's largest privately-owned solar testing lab. I worked on projects for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and many companies which I may not name.
