I have been in the customer service industry for 30 years. I started in Hotel Security/Investigations where I was a Bike Patrol Sgt overseeing a team of 12 officers. I maintained the maintenance of the bikes along with being a certified Bike Patrol Instructor through LEBA. I then migrated into Investigations where I completed Security, Risk Compliance and Gaming Due Diligence investigations. One of my investigations led to multiple employee terminations along with criminal charges due to over $2m in stolen items. It was there that I learned the concept of Details matter. I then went to work for one of the largest communication companies in the US as a Network Field Tech. I oversaw the training of new techs in the field and gave them the hands-on experience they needed. I also maintained all network lines consisting of rg-59, RG-11, .500, .625, .750 and .800 size coaxial cable. After an on-the-job injury I transitioned to IT with an area of study in IT Security and Networking.I am currently an IT Site Liaison; I am responsible for all things IT at the Henderson PCC/TIMET plant. Using communication and creating positive relationships I help bridge the gap between Division and the local plant. While maintaining network connectivity, enforcing IT security policies, assisting users with computer and printer issues when they arise, I ensure that all PCC IT standards are followed to maintain a safe and secure environment.Currently looking to get back into Management.
