Assist the CEO in developing organizational strategies that support staff development, employee recognition, and the alignment of employee skills with client requirements. Establish operational performance metrics that illustrate effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee the financial unit to ensure proper planning and risk management practices are followed. Work with the CEO on matters of budget management and projections.As Managing Partner, a shared responsibility with the CEO to promote the value and importance DVG employees and contract personnel play in achieving organizational goals and objectives.To establish sales and business development strategies that align with the core strengths and experience of the DVG community.
