I took on the regional role for Scotland, in order to take the door to door canvassing from scratch and build an “army” of professional consumer cold callers.I grew the business in just 1 year from 1 marketing canvasser in Dundee to 6 managers, 45+ marketing canvassers and £1.1 million in sales across the Scotland region. This has not been achieved in.

Charged with recruiting, training and monitoring BDM’s across the UK, responsible for the growth of new business sales, as well as account management within the construction industry to create awareness of the power of Infrared Thermography on buildings’ fabrics

I managed a team of approx. 30 staff running 2 shifts per day generating leads from consumer data provided and took the team to number 1 in the UK for most leads and most sales for 2005.
