Member of the committee which evaluated and selected a new trust operations system. From 1991 until its (asset) sale in 2019, USA Harness, Inc. manufactured premium and custom wiring harnesses for commercial vehicle applications, including the trucking and trailer industries, with customers from Canada to Mexico. Starting in mid-2018 to the end of 2019, as a member of the Board representing the majority shareholders (with prior experience in the plastic injection molding industry), I oversaw regular monthly operations, arranged for valuation of the company, marketed it internationally (without a broker or consultant), and supervised a successful asset sale in December of 2019. Elected President at that time.
