Gary served as General Counsel to: GenCanna Global, Inc., the country’s largest producer of hemp and hemp-derived products, valued at over $1.2B; and Mission Coal Company, a large metallurgical coal mining company, where he helped to preserve over 1,200 jobs and shed over $1.4B in liabilities. Gary spent eight years at Murray Energy Corporation (parent of NYSE: FELP), where he structured and closed over $4.9B in domestic and international acquisitions and multiple recapitalizations, helping Murray Energy become the largest underground coal company in the United States. Gary also guided Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: RBT), a software company focused on waste management and recycling, through its successful $1.7B merger, resulting in the company becoming listed on NYSE.
