I have worked for 3 FTSE 100 organisations in senior leadership roles and I am now a co-owner of Developing Talent Ltd and a certified EMCC coach practitioner. Throughout my career, I have often seen how leaders can inadvertently develop a culture that inhibits performance and hinders people being their authentic, best selves. I coach executives and leaders to help them realise their potential and to have a greater impact on their organisation. I believe that it is effective teamwork that differentiates successful teams and organisations.
