For more than 20 years I found myself working independently on many small projects while leading multi-disciplined teams for larger ones. Readily able to step into legacy work, my experience also allows me to carry projects from start to finish. Aside from leveraging technology where appropriate, the key to my success has always been and will always be an inclusive, collaborative team leader and mentor adept at elevating staff contributions. Currently returning from an independent endeavor, my ambition resides in being part of a collaborative and mutually enriching team again.
