Tower staff Construction was formed by Gary McMullen following 12 years tower crane operation. 5 of those with Kier plant, after being made redundant in 2010. He managed to tender for work from Kier plant and was successful with becoming added on as one of the preferred suppliers of operators. Most of the crane operators with Tower staff are ex Kier Plant which has enabled us to provide a valued service back to kier Group due to training whilst with Kier. Based from offices in Grimbys we are ideally placed to service the industry nationwide, at short notice if necessary. We are now equipped to provide outstanding levels of service and experience in all administration & back office support. The recruitment group also brings together years of recruitment expertise to include labour hire, contract & permanent recruitment and executive search.
