Along with building out our CRM in HubSpot, I also have previous experience using Salesforce.Working with HR professionals for the previous 15 years, and with the help of the team, we developed a demo of SenseHR which would tick off all the key requirements that cross most HR people looking for an HR system. Then we worked together to be able to solve the more unique requirements some HR people have.I see myself as a 'hands-on leader' rather than hidden away in a spreadsheet somewhere. You'll often find me joining meetings, demos, and calls with potential customers and the sales consultant. I focus time on helping the team excel, offering tailored training sessions, maintaining an open feedback policy, and adopting a collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best ideas.This meant we were ready and prepared for launch, and launched SenseHR in September 2023.In month one, we exceeded projections by 10x the expected. Fast forward to today, and we have met or exceeded projections each month to date, signing up over 500 customers in this period, which translates to thousands of users.Our largest client currently stands at around 2,500 employees, but we work with smaller companies too, with most of our clients falling into the 50-500 employee category across all industries. -
