• Attention to details – Carefully review tenant’s submission drawings ensuring their designs are acceptable and comply with the safety standards set by the mall. Provide comments where necessary to improve design and.
• Time management – Achieved 90% on-time handover of site by ensuring all landlord's provisions are completed & site conditions are ready.
• Problem solving – Perform hands on coordination work between internal & external parties. Attend to design / site meeting to resolve design / site issues.
• Stakeholder engagement – Support leasing team by providing study on layout & technical provision as well as to coordinate all landlord modification work including liaising with consultants, sourcing of vendor & site.
• Ability to multitask – At times, handled several cases concurrently under tight schedule and achieved 90% on-time store opening.Other key contributions:1. Involved in the opening of Sunway Big Box Retail Park.2..

Sandakan, Sabah.

• Overseeing the Phase 1 & 2 construction of 480 units consisting of 4 blocks 10 storey condominium (Sri Indah Kondominium) at Taman Indah Jaya, Sandakan, Sabah worth approx. RM 67 mil (NZD 24 mil).
• Teamwork – Close collaboration between client, consultants (C&S, M&E, QS) and contractors to resolve any design, technical or contractual issues.
• Attention to details – Carefully review and approve contractors’ shop drawings as well as architectural materials to be used. Perform regular site inspections to monitor and verify that all architectural works are done.
• Time management – Progressively monitor & follow up on the progress of work on site. Furnish monthly photographic site progress report.

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
