At TripleBlind, I split my time between the product team and the engineering team. With respect to the product, we worked on very very early stage product market fit, ideal customer profile, competitor research, technology trends, sales enablement, and go to market playbooks. On the tech side, it was all early stage startup stuff. Go fast and try not to break things because we have gigantic customers that depend on our software.TripleBlind has a very technologically advanced product involving Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cryptography. I was lucky to work with some of the most brilliant and humble people on the planet and I learned a lot from them. Most of my work involved keeping the right people in the right seats and making sure they had everything they had to be as productive as possible.I also maintained the security posture: including evaluating and implementing static analysis, IAST, RASP, external pentesting, and bug bounty programs. I maintained our endpoint device management system, company-wide VPN, and anti-virus deployment.Some other accomplishments from my time at TripleBlind:* Launched compliance program and implemented controls and policies for SOC/ISO. Achieved SOC2 Type 1 and Type 2 certification as well as ISO 27001.* Recruited and built Sales Engineering team from scratch* Launched engineering team in Europe

I had the pleasure of working on a lot of different projects at Contrast. During my time there, the engineering department went from 20 engineers based in one office to over 100 engineers based around the world in places like Belfast and Israel.* Spent time managing development of Contrast's SaaS platform (also offered in single-tenant and on-prem flavors). 20+ developers merging to HEAD and 15-20 deployments per week.* Helped assemble the team around Contrast's static scanning solution and took the project from Power Point slides to active development* Worked on Contrast's serverless solution, which eventually led us to making an acquisition. Helped lead technical due-diligence for the acquisition.* Throughout my time at Contrast, I managed the integrations team. The tiny but phenomenally talented team had the output of a team five times their size. We managed over 30 integrations that allowed Contrast's customers to get their data wherever they needed it. We launched www.contrastsecurity.dev to help developers use our integrations.

I provided technical leadership, mentorship, and career guidance to a team of 5-10 developers. This was the first developer job for most of the team members so I got to play a hand in teaching and guidance. They are all fantastic though so I mostly just tried to stay out of their way. I also get to contribute a lot of code as well. Our team presided over all integrations between STAQ and external platforms. We integrate with 500+ platforms for data ingestion and also pushed to 10+ reporting platforms.Major projects we shipped: * Implemented web service to flag anomalies in our data coming from API integrations. Began with rudimentary metrics like confidence intervals before moving on to zscores and supervised learning with labeled data.* Created measurable output (velocity) for my team. Used past performance to estimate future results.* Published dashboard of metrics and KPIs using Grafana and InfluxDB.* Drafted and implemented career ladder for the engineering department

Oversaw technical architecture of Fractured Atlas for both internal software and external-facing apps.

I lead the technical aspects of http://artful.ly. Took the product from whiteboards and user stories to web application with thousands of satisfied arts orgs who run their ticketing, CRM, and reporting through us.

Software developer on PayPal and BillMeLater's credit authorization engine which processed thousands of transactions per day. Major projects included integration with the Discover Network and integration with PayPal's Consumer Wallet.

Planned iterations, coded, and tested features for Vinfolio's suite of applications including their ecommerce wine store, Vincellar, Facebook application, iPhone application, and Wineprices.com
