After almost 14 years with Julius Baer I have stepped away to embark on new challenges and actively seeking permanent positions in Melbourne, Victoria.After assisting with a few small projects I have, since July, been consulting directly on Database and Process Management, including Systems and Reporting enhancements for GCI Australia Pty Ltd. GCI (Now Arculus Funds Management) is an independent asset manager and corporate adviser servicing HNW families and individuals through to charitable organisations and financial institutions.

Contract role assisting with high risk client reviews

Since September 2013 I have been primarily involved in Julius Baer's acquisition of Merrill Lynch Private Banking in London, and providing systems and application support to assist the new staff to perform their day to day duties. I am the lead on the local CRM database and sit on several integration forums.

I joined to take over and rebuild the relationship management function both for direct client and external asset manager business (including group referals). This was successfully accomplished and contributed to a large increase in client numbers.
