We provide health and safety training in various topics and support services regarding health and safety.

Provide care and treatment to patients during transport. Provide initial training to new hires on how to properly complete a Patient Care Report (PCR) then follow up with regular and periodic reviews of PCRs for the purpose of increasing accuracy and clarity of the reports. Submit claims, qualify transports and help clients manage their accounts.

• Take incoming service and secondary business calls
• Control and direct the movement of stat/rush drivers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of packages over nine geographic service areas
• Provide proactive communication with clients concerning the status of drivers in order to maximize service quality and availability
• Maintain communication between dispatch and management concerning all matters especially service and driver availability

• Ensure the safety of the patient while in my care, of fellow healthcare providers and the public at large
• Under physician direction provide care to patients of all ages and health states including triage of patients; assessment of the patient before, during and after treatment; recording of assessment findings in a clear.
• Render advanced life support care in accordance with direction and standards of practice including management of the airway and advanced airway, cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, intravenous access and line.
• Provide information to patients, patients’ families, and the community at large in select topics
• Accurately communicate the patient’s condition to fellow healthcare providers in both verbal and written communications
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety and the effective care of patients
