As a Digital Consultant at First Hawaiian Bank, I solve various customer issues from the call center and bank branches, using numerous banking applications. I also create and audit online banking profiles for personal and business customers, ensuring security and accuracy. I have successfully completed a Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera, which has enhanced my technical skills and knowledge in IT support. I have a strong background in customer service and market success, thanks to my previous roles at Bite Squad and Uber. During my time a Bite Squad, I helped expand the number of restaurants from 400 to over 1,000 in my local market, while keeping the average ticket completion time to less than 30 minutes. I also proactively engaged with restaurant partners for the installation and maintenance of tech, and trained them on the usage of the technology. I am proficient in a plethora of tools and platforms, some of which include Genesys Cloud, Bite Squad Admin Dashboard, HubSpot, and Slack. I have also earned a Customer Service Skills certification from Alison, and a Cultivating a Growth Mindset certificate from LinkedIn. I am motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent service and solutions to my clients and partners. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am currently studying for a CompTIA A+ certification. I have an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Honolulu Community College, which has broadened my perspective and critical thinking skills.
