With over two years of experience as a Professional Learning Specialist at Amplify, and 12 years of experience as a K-12 educator in DC Public Schools, I deliver high-quality and customized professional development for educators. I develop and maintain expertise on key concepts and best practices for implementing curriculum in various settings and contexts, and I engage in internal professional development to ensure excellence and consistency in my delivery. I observe and provide feedback, collaborate with administrators, and create and implement plans to help teachers achieve their goals and improve student outcomes. I am also pursuing my Doctor of Education degree in Learning Design and Technologies at the University of South Carolina, where I explore the latest trends and theories in digital learning and instructional design. My mission is to empower educators with effective and engaging learning strategies that leverage technology and innovation.
