Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative

Housed in a 75,000-square-foot facility just outside Bowling Green, Ohio, BioFit is privately held and employs a highly dedicated and professional staff. Current responsibilities include; Educating, marketing and selling the value of ergonomic and cleanroom seating in workplace, laboratory and industrial applications to end-users, dealers, architects and designersAchieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals.Develop business plans with management for monthly and quarterly strategic sales objectives.Set up product tests and demonstrations for end-users and dealers as necessary.Facilitate presentations with lunch and learns for prospective clients. Completing sales activity & opportunity reports, CRM maintenance, installation assistance and maintaining customer contact database.Serves as a liaison between customer service and the customer-dealer on shipment and quality matters.Facilitate dealer-training sessions on ergonomics & cleanroom specifications to dealer sales reps.Lead strategic business and forecasting discussions with dealer principles in order to meet dealer sales goals, establish new accounts and grow existing customer sales.Establishing relationships and educating Architect & Design Firms on BioFit ergonomic and customized solutions. Strong understanding of all of company products and services including task seating, ergonomic productivity, build-a-chair technologies and cafeteria tables. Ensures dealer has all necessary resources, tools and training to sell independently whenever possible.
