• Instigated, negotiated and managed the acquisition of AGS RealityMobile by TomTom (in conjunction with MA specialist Regent Partners LLP): - Drafted the initial Information Memorandum for potential acquisition.
• Managed project planning, requirements gathering, estimation and risk mitigation of all major customer projects in addition to R&D projects in support of group partners.
