Sr Board Operator· Manage units DCS system to monitor Control Valves, Chemical Reactions, Pump & Agitator speeds, Wipe Film Evaporators, Solvent Drying Columns, Alarm Panels, and Automated Control Valves to ensure that finished product in within customer specifications.· Communicate with Outside Process Technician to troubleshoot issues so that the unit runs safely and efficiently· Review lab samples so adjustments to the recipe can be calculated and updated in a timely manner.· Assist with managing Clean-Outs and Turnarounds in the unit.· Calculate and monitor packaging of finished product so that the customer receives what they ordered.Process Operator· Take readings on equipment throughout my shift to ensure that process equipment is staying in working condition, verify that equipment has required oil, and pressure, and put work orders in on equipment that is not working properly.· Make shift change with counterpart to let them know how the unit is running and of any issues in the unit.· Run lab samples during shift to ensure that material being produced falls within specification, to reduce off-spec material.· Work with Unit Board man to adjust valves as needed to keep plant running at optimal rates.· Review work orders with Maintenance staff to verify that equipment being worked on is the correct equipment/valves, lockout equipment and valves for Maintenance so jobs can be completed safely and in a timely manner, release work orders once equipment/lines have been safely locked out and pressure and material have been drained from lines.· Pickup unit so that trash and other hazards don’t become a safety issue.· Perform Quality Control checks with packaging staff to ensure that material being packaged does not have specks or other foreign objects in packages being sent to customers

-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.-Develop project plans to monitor and track progress-Manage all changes to scope of work being performed, schedule, and project costs-Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors-Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure that project deadlines are met.
