As a Surveillance Supervisor I oversee the Surveillance Operator performing their daily duties. I often communicate with other department supervisors in regards to site specific incidents or issues. I am responsible for reading and closing incident reports written by the Surveillance Operator. As a security officer, my duties include access control to the gaming floor by identification checking techniques, escort and secure assets/funds on and off the gaming floor, respond to emergency situations, write detailed notes and reports, and provide customer service to guests of the facility.
