20+years in manufacturing has taught me how to build, turnaround and create world-class high-efficiency manufacturing operations.As you can see from my experience, I have held virtually every management role in manufacturing and have produced results across all areas of production.As a Plant Manager and Production Manager, I have managed full production operations for 40,000-80,000 sq ft facilities and championed improvements across design, engineering, quality, scheduling, maintenance, logistics, safety and HR, directing over 100 production, quality and engineering staff.As a Quality Assurance Manager, I have installed new quality management systems (QMS), led continuous improvement programs, secured ISO 9001 certification, and championed Kaizen Lean and 5S programs with measurable results.I’m a planner, an analytical thinker, and leader who is focused on efficiencies, quality and throughput. I communicate well at all levels and bring enthusiasm and energy to every task.
