Not all CRM systems are the same and my skills lie in a deep knowledge of the landscape and the leading systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce suite of applicationsDeveloping my role as a key trusted advisor, clients have continued to work with me as they migrate to today’s powerful cloud platforms with their deep eco-systems of connected apps.Working with clients in the enterprise and mid-market, I am able to provide insights into how to implement successfully a CRM solution that works for the business. Increasingly, CRM and ERP are converging and understanding future alignment possibilities can be critical to success. For many businesses, these projects act as a foundation or key part of their Digital Transformation initiatives.I have deep knowledge acquired over 250 projects and so can draw upon real experience of:Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Business Central, together with Power Apps, Flow and Power BI. Whilst for Salesforce, my experience has been focused primarily on the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing, again which interact with Power platform. Other applications I have worked with and been accredited for include Marketing Automation software such as Hubspot as well classic core CRM apps Pipeliner CRM, SAGE CRM and GoldMine. For GoldMine, I was a leading partner and helped build the original channel network, many of whom continue to provide me with a strong referral pipeline.When running my own consultancy, we had a regular CSAT score of 85% or above and a team with an average tenure of over 8 years’ service with a strong customer success focus and ethos.Outside of work, I have been a keen Rugby Union player (now retired), an enthusiastic, but moderate skier and enjoy sailing and riding. I attend the gym regularly and have three children; two boys and a girl who all help to keep me busy together with walking a lively spaniel!
