 Collaborated with Pharmaceutical and Biomedical clients from inception through budget development, design, construction and delivery to build world-class, custom FDA compliant clean room facilities. Coordinated teams of in-house and external architects and mechanical, electrical, structural and process systems engineers through the project designs including value engineering and constructability analysis. Developed and managed constructability studies, CPM schedules, implementation logistics, JSA programs and execution plans. Led multiple teams for the construction and commissioning of turn-key clean rooms across the United States as well as in Canada and Mexico. Projects including ground up, expansions, reconfigurations, modifications and renovations, all working closely with various equipment vendors and installers for precision coordination. Most projects were performed in close proximity to active cleanroom operations with the highest level of planning and coordination required to prevent cross contamination or impacts to client operations.  Noteworthy Pharmaceutical clients included Merck, Abbott, Pfizer, Astra-Zeneca, Novartis, AbbVie, Ortho-J&J and Dendreon Biomedical clients included LifeCell, StemCyte, MTF and AVID Hospital clean room work performed for The University of Kansas Hospital.

Provide master planning, site development, pre-construction and construction management services.

 Developed $170MM of luxury senior living communities in Eastern PA. Re-engineered building envelopes enterprise-wide which cut construction cost by 15% and reduced long term building maintenance costs by 50%.

Project Manager for various projects including;• $30M Conversion of 9 story historical manufacturing building into luxury loft apartments. Worked closely with the Developer, Architect and historical consultants to build 265 residential units, a 2-story parking structure and an indoor pool and fitness center. • Classroom, offices, labs, auditorium and studios for Drexel University.• 12 story luxury condominium for Brown-Hill Developers. • Miscellaneous fit up work for GlaxoSmithKline.• 4 story office building and parking deck for SJP Properties.

Project Manager for Construction responsible for over 5 million square feet of commercial office properties, over 5 counties, including project management for capital improvements, tenant fit out work and new building construction.

 Project Manager - $70MM District expansion and renovations for Pennsauken School District in New Jersey. Safety Director - $150MM, 400,000 sf new Merck headquarters office campus, Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. Superintendent - $45MM, 60,000 SF research lab facility renovation for Dupont-Merck Pharmaceutical.  Project Manager - $18MM, 116,000 sf ground-up library at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY Superintendent - $26MM, 180,000 sf hospital facility with emergency room wing with 24 operating suites and rooftop helipad at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH Superintendent - $75MM, 96,000 sf 9 story hospital addition and renovation for McDonald Women’s Hospital at University Hospital, Cleveland, OH. Phased project included birthing suites, nurseries, a NICU unit, specialty women’s procedures floor, an IDF suite and a mammography suite.
